At 17, then active in the independent music scene, I decided to change my artistic field of expression and switch the microphone for a pair of scissors.
Immediately after becoming a professional hairdresser in 2001, I worked at Au Barbershop salon in Montreal. In 2005 I joined Toni & Guy's team in Paris and then, in 2008, the artistic team at Salon Orbite in Montreal to represent L'Oréal Professional Canada. Since the beginning of my career, I have had the opportunity to attend several workshops in Europe with renowned mentors and hairstylists. After more than ten years of professional experience as an employee, I started working freelance in 2014, building a business model that has allowed me to open my own salon in 2017.
Over the course of my career, my work has been seen in fashion shows (Rick Owens, Thom Browne, Dior Couture, Balmain, Alexander Wang, publications (Elle, Noi.se, Schön!) and advertisements. I worked for visionary hairstylists such as Guido Palau, Eugene Souleiman, Duffy and James Pecis. In 2017, I produced my first short film of fashion. Through my projects, I have built a network of talented and reliable creators. Depending on the needs of my clients, I can offer access to creative teams in makeup, styling, photography and videography.
I have been able to make my voice heard in the hairdressing world thanks to the inspiring professionals I have worked with throughout my career. I attach great importance to the transmission of knowledge. I have already had the opportunity to share mine in several seminars and events in Canada, United States and Europe. Through my network, my professional background and my passions in fashion, design and architecture, I have developed an expertise that I can offer to my clients as consultant, artistic director and mentor.
